*** 6 Month Minimum Rental *** *** We need to register your occupancy with the Association three (3) business days before your arrival *** Renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo in the heart of Waikiki (564 sf living and 67 sf lanai) in the Waikiki Sunset Condominium. Rent is $2,000 per month. Minimum 6-month rental required with option to extend for an additional 6 months. We need to register your occupancy with the Association three (3) business days before your arrival. Unit features a queen bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, range/oven, range hood, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, and vanity with granite countertop. The unit has basic cooking utensils and cookware, dishes, cups, silverware, bath and bed linens, electric and a/c included, and one unassigned covered parking. No pets. This is a no-smoking building. Tenant will have access to the building amenities: Recreation Deck (Pool, Fitness Center, BBQ Grills, Hospitality Lounge and Showers). For your convenience, there also is a mini-mart in the building and coin operated laundry room and trash chute on each floor. Just a few minutes’ walk to Kuhio Beach, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium; Kapiolani Park; and Waikiki Beach. Other points of interest: Just 25 min. from the Daniel K. Inouye Int'l Airport; 10 min. to Ala Moana Shopping Center; 15 min. to International Market Place/Waikiki; 10 min. to Diamond Head Crater; 30 min. to the Pearl Harbor Museums; 30 min. to Hanauma Bay; 1 hr. and 15 min. to Polynesian Cultural Center; and 35 min. to Waikele Premium Outlets.
