This is a no-smoking building. Tenant will have access to the building amenities: Recreation Deck (Pool, Fitness Center, BBQ Grills, Hospitality Lounge and Showers). For your convenience, there also is a mini-mart in the building and coin operated laundry room and trash chutes on each floor.
