This condo boasts an extremely good location, right next door to the Ski School, Gondola, Ticket office, coffee and sandwich shops, restaurants, bars, and ski and bike shops, all within easy walking distance without crossing a single street. You can ski right back to the building, making it easy to return for lunch or a quick break. The free city bus system picks up less than 100 yards from your door, providing year-round access to the mountain village. In the summer, enjoy Burgess Creek, the kids' adventure zone, scenic gondola rides, hiking, mountain biking, mini golf, and the "Outlaw" mountain coaster. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may subject the guest to immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty regarding property use. Violations of house rules may result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100. A "High Occupancy Fee" of $20.00 per person per night applies for each guest over the standard occupancy of 8 people, up to a maximum occupancy of 10. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly biologically related to an adult in the group.
