Property Ratings at 228 Spaces - Furnished Micro-Living Apartments
After we moved in, the staff stopped responding to emails or calls. Our unit was missing a chair and the staff ignored all attempts to contact them about it. The staff did not show up for the move out inspection. We have been out of the unit for 2 months and have not received our deposit back.
This property has an issue with the pipes where sewage backs up into some of the ground floor rooms. It seeps out into the hallways and you can see where the carpet has stained from that. It happens from time to time. I've also heard of people having issues with bed bugs. There are often people there who have just been released from prison. A tenant there told me someone died in a room and the smell was very strong. So maybe make sure to ask not rent that room, unless maybe ghosts are your thing?
