During snow season must park overnight in nearby city lot--monthly fee. Tenant pays $800 per month plus all utilities. $800 security deposit required. Annual lease. Tenant mows small back yard and hilly front lawn and shovels snow on steps and walkway (lawn mower/shovel provided). Needs to be done consistently. Showings by appointment only.
