Tide and Tee has it all. Inside are 1500 spacious square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths to spread out in and feel at home. Inside, you will find a modern, clean, and spacious brand new home. The first floor has 9-foot ceilings, a fully stocked and modern kitchen with everything thought of, a living room with a huge sectional sofa that will seat the whole family, a 65" Roku TV, and comfortable dining for up to 7. There is a half bath on the first level. Upstairs, you will find a primary suite with en suite private bath including double vanities, a 40" Roku TV, wardrobe, and full-sized dresser. There is a 2nd bedroom with a 40" Roku TV and large closet along with a hallway shared bath with a tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom is the perfect bunk room for the kids and allows 2 families to have a fun-filled vacation without breaking the bank or being crammed into a tiny space. The painstakingly converted garage oasis doubles as a game room, boasting a full-sized ping pong table, dart board, and putting green. Free golf cart parking is available at specific, unmetered beach accesses, including 1st, 2nd, 4th, Avenues North, as well as 2nd Avenue South, and metered spaces are only $10/day. There are delicious restaurants and a grocery store right across the street as well as right down the road in Downtown Surfside, which you can reach with the included electric-powered golf cart. Taking golf cart legal Glenns Bay Road, you will have a straight shot to downtown, the Surfside Pier, and the Ocean, which is just 1/4 mile beyond. Just a 10-12 mins ride by cart to these locations will give you an advantage during the summer months as you will also find that it's easier to park a golf cart by the beach than a car. The Cove at Glenns Bay offers a serene coastal lifestyle in the heart of Surfside Beach, SC. This charming community is just 10 minutes away from golf courses and the beach by golf cart, with everyday conveniences and top attractions close by. The home is just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 people, including infants and children. There is an additional guest fee after the 7th guest. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. For your stay, linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided.
