About This Property
Spacious Rooms, Large Closets, And nice kitchen. Upgraded energy efficient windows, and sliding doors, have been added with a lot of insulation. Each apartment has its own set of solar panels to keep electrical costs lower. Each apartment has newer 12,000 BTU energy efficient to keep the rooms cooler. A concrete patio 10' X 30' with a 6' block wall for privacy and each apartment has its own water shut-off valve, so water to the building does not have to be shut-off. Each apartment has its own natural gas wireless meter and a new 30 gallon Bradford and White Hot Water Heater for lower gas bills. The apartment has a textured ceiling, new paint, carpeting, padding, water, trash and sewer paid. Great schools in the Upland Unified School District all are within walking distance. Claremont Colleges are a very short drive. There is a share Laundry Facility in the back of the building and a gated yard. Kitchen and Bathroom have GFI plugs, new 1/4 turn angle water valves and braided water connectors. New Cozy wall furnace has been installed with a thermostat on the wall to set the desired temperature. New countertops and sinks in the kitchen and bathroom along with a Moen Water Mix Valve for the Bathtub/Shower. Low flow shower heads, water saving new toilet has been installed. The apartment is close to Downtown Upland. Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors in each room and hallway. Apartment has internet connections (Spectrum). Wireless security is available through the Monitoring Center.
