The property features large gardens, a pool and tennis court. Behind the home is Calabasas Creek. There is space for parking and a secure gate at front of the property. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with easy access to shops and services. There is flexibility on furnishings as we have and can provide various pieces, including a new bed.
