Basic spices are provided. Dining options include a kitchen island with two bar stools and a dining table with expansion leaves that seats four. The living room offers a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, and the bedroom is equipped with a California King bed, a stand-alone A/C unit, an HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Two HDTVs are available for entertainment. Discounts are available for lengthy stays. Discounts on ski and snowboard rentals, and airport shuttles are also offered. Storm Meadows at Christie Base boasts a prime location, just a few hundred yards from Ski Time Square, which is active year-round. In the summer, guests can access miles of Routt National Forest trails for hiking and biking directly from the unit. In winter, enjoy convenient ski-in/ski-out access, with an easy route down the Right O Way ski trail and onto the Storm Meadows Ski In Access trail. Ski Time Square is a 5+ minute walk from the condo, and the free city bus picks up there, with Uber/Lyft and Alpine Taxi also available. This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless prior written approval has been provided. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Cancellations resulting from violation or ignorance of House Rules will result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty regarding property use. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly biologically related to an adult in the group. Groups with adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval before booking. Triple Crown groups or any group visiting for an athletic event must inquire for approval before booking. This is a pet-free property, and pets and service animals are not permitted in the property or on the premises. Guests are responsible for the costs of additional housekeeping or maintenance services if the home is left in a state of abnormal or excessive disorder. Guests must notify the property owner or manager of any and all damage to property immediately upon arrival, or when it occurs.
