This centrally located Sarasota home is near Proctor Road and 41 and is in a very quiet, well maintained neighborhood ideal for walking and close to everything Sarasota has to offer. The focal point of the home is the extremely peaceful and private back yard - Your private oasis as you lounge in the pool and relax on the lanai. The spacious Lanai is great for grilling and entertaining family and friends. Siesta Beach is 3 miles away, as well as shopping, movies, restaurants and downtown Sarasota. The Owners have taken great care to make sure you have a comfortable stay from the quality of the 3 Queen beds to the outdoor patio furniture to the latest electronics including PS3 and Wii games. This home does not have traditional cable TV service. The home has a roof antenna and gets 70-100 TV channels. Entertain outside under the screened lanai and large patio area and enjoy the heated pool, large back yard (1/3 of an acre) and Weber grill for cook-outs. All the comforts of home await you. Seasonal high season rates in effect December through April. Tenant pays electric bill on long-term (over 6 months) and off-season rentals. Call for off-season rates. No pets please.
