Pets are an additional $35.00/month, plus an additional $300.00 pet security deposit. Greeley fire and safety occupancy limits apply. Background, credit, eviction, and income verification required. Tenants are required to make two times the annual gross rent. Credit based resident score of 650 or above required with no eviction history. The application requires a non-refundable background check fee per individual above the age of 18 via Smartmove (Transunion). Debt to income ratio can not exceed 43%. The security deposit is $2,495. Security Deposit is to be paid via cashier's check and is due with the signed lease agreement within 48 hours of passing the application. Tenant pays for all utilities and rental insurance. Rental insurance is required to be maintained throughout the lease period. Applicants may provide portable tenant screening reports if they were completed within the last 30 days, and are made directly available by the consumer reporting agency or through a third-party website regularly engaged in the business of providing consumer reports, in compliance with all applicable consumer reporting laws.
