excellent place to live! Respond to emergency needs

I love this apartment; however, while the amenities are nice and the gym is better than many others, I wish the gym had a little more equipment (e.g., leg press, ab machine, abduction/adduction machine).

Aside from the frequent fire alarms and the AC/heating unit that would have to get "fixed" every so often, the amenities and comfort of the building make it a nice plan to live.

Very clean and safe. All staffs are so kind and heartwarming. They hold fun and exciting events every months. This is also very nice part of them.

Everything is great so far. I loved the tour! The management is nice and easy to work with. I have not moved in, yet, but they make me feel right at home already.

Location is perfect and just a short walk to the harbor. Staff is amazing! Maintenance has quick response time and super easy to request. The gym is fully equipped, clean, and never crowded. Love love love this property!

I have been living here at 225 for a little over 3 years and haven't had any issues! Maintenance is responsive, theres a dedicated place to pick up packages, and I haven't seen any pests since moving in. Great experience!

Staffs are efficient! The leasing contract process was straightforward and smooth. The apartment is clean and well managed and organized. I like it.

Whether it’s a routine work order or an unexpected emergency, they show up quickly, work efficiently, and always with a friendly attitude. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly, and they take pride in keeping the building clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s rare to find a team that is not only dependable but also so kind and personable — they make 225 feel like home. One of the greatest places to live in Bmore! I love this building. The people are nice, the service help you when your stuff in your apartment is messed up. They are very friendly! Would recommend!

Nice apartments, quiet atmosphere, good neighborhood, close to the port. There's also a supermarket three blocks away. Overall, it's a good place to live.

I absolutely love residing here. The views match my inner perspective…and allow me so much peace and serenity. Watching the sunrise and sunset are truly inspiring within themselves. The amenities have done me righteously as well. 5 stars!!

I’ve been living in this apartment building for a while now, and it’s been a fantastic experience! The amenities are well-maintained, the management is responsive, and the community is welcoming. The location is super convenient, and the overall atmosphere makes it feel like home.

This place was great under the previous management and staff. Towards the end, I noticed that the concierge desk wasn’t staffed as often, events went from being 2-3x a month to once a month, and there are so many issues with elevators not working and water pipes bursting/leaking. Not to mention the dog pee in the elevators!

Management has been exceptional, providing outstanding customer service and invaluable assistance in finding the perfect home for me, especially Tina, Keirstian, and Mechelle.

I relocated back to Baltimore from Atlanta for work and needed to find a place quickly. Keirstian has made my transition through this entire process smooth and stress free! Very responsive and answered all my questions to relieve any worry with me not being able to view property before hand due to me still being in GA. Can’t wait to join and move in the community!

Good place with nice amenities. The gym is probably the best. Maintenance staff are really nice and leasing staff are helpful and accommodating.

Great community with great amenities. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Community areas are always kept clean. Located in downtown Baltimore but feels very safe.

Parking is scarce, having issues within the building goes unaddressed and utility bills have skyrocketed with no explanation. Only perks are you have an attached garage and the cleaners do the best they can to keep the place clean.

Great location, great amenities. Not a lot of apartment buildings downtown have such great parking. 5 minutes walk to the Harbor. Great apartments

Need improvement with the management. Other than that nice apartments to live. The location is great and is walking distance from the inner harbor.

Just moved in a month ago and it’s off to a good start. I was unable to tour in person and had to do a virtual tour but the pictures look just alike. So far I haven’t had any issues with crime or car break ins, the parking garage seems to be very secured. (Knocks on wood) I like how spacious my apartment is and the amenities are nice, I will say that I have attempted to use the coffee machine once and it wasn’t working so I left it alone. I was looking forward to some coffee that day so it was a bit unfortunate. Walls seems to be good enough, I can’t always hear my neighbors but I can smell them though when they decide to smoke even though they’re not supposed to. Nonetheless, I would recommend the move here. I’m enjoying it.

I enjoy every component of living here. A very peaceful environment, despite being in the middle of the city. All of the amenities are excellent and the staff is very accommodating. Anytime I have guests they too are impressed by the standard held at 225 N Calvert St!

Everything was smooth when moving in. And the apartment looks perfect. The amenities are always clean and manager is always responding. Also you have a great view.

I have lived at 225 N Calvert for less than a month at this point. However I really appreciate the quick responses I’ve received to requests for repairs or other requests from the leasing staff. The building is also very well maintained and clean.

I’ve been really impressed with my experience at 225 N Calvert. The concierge system is fantastic, and I appreciate how frequently they share updates about the apartment. The amenities inside the apartment are great, and the overall move-in process was smooth, thanks to the helpful staff. Tina, in particular, was incredibly accommodating during a busy time. While email responses could be more consistent, any issues I had were promptly resolved over the phone or in person. I’m very satisfied with my experience here.

Apartment amenities are great, staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance can be hit or miss but not bad. Apartment is everything I wanted. Overall, it's a great, safe community to live in.

It was great, from the tour to the signing of the lease agreement. Everything went smoothly. I love the designs of the rooms more modern and the amenities.

The apartment community is great. The staff is great. Building is usually always kept clean and there are always tons of resident events. I enjoyed living here truly. I would knock off 1/2 a star for the parking garage. There is no visitor parking or day passes to request so if you have someone staying the weekend expect the cost of them to park for that long to be about $80. Outside of that there grocery store is in walking distance (2 blocks away) the Harbor is 3 blocks away. And there’s easy access to the highway. It’s a great spot and not too much happens.

Love the view from my apartment and the penthouse. Everything is within walking distance and there's plenty to do in the neighborhood. Leasing office has excellent customer service and support. Great place to live.

I just moved in but this building has already been a great experience so far! The staff is exptremely helpful and the amenities are amazing as well.

Move-in was a breeze. I was able to reserve the loading dock for move-in which was great. The freight elevator was large enough for everything I needed to move in. The residents were all nice and helpful during the move in process. After a month of living here and experiencing everything the building and the community has to offer, I'm super pleased with my experience here at 225 N. Calvert. There is so much to do in the local area that at times, I have to remind myself to slow down and enjoy what I have where I'm living. So far, this has been a lovely place to rest, relax, and rejuvenate during and after a long work week.

The management and leasing office have been really helpful and supportive through my move in process. The building is amazing and I love the amenities here that we get as residents.

I stayed here for just under a year (‘22-‘23) and I enjoyed my time. I had a one bedroom with a Den and was able to get a good price on it. I don’t like that it’s dynamic pricing but if your move-in date is flexible, there are ways to take advantage of it and get a better price for yourself. I really appreciated the proximity to the Baltimore farmers market and had no major issues with amenities, but decided to move out due to the jump in rent renewal that I didn’t feel reflected the value of the building/unit. I wouldn’t necessarily reccomend this as a long term rental but think it’s a nice place to stay for a year or two while you look around.

The move here was quick and painless, from scheduling a tour to signing my lease online and getting things ready for move in, the process was easy.

Just moved in and so far it is what I expected, good and bad. The good is that it has great staff, amenities and is in a good location. Not to mention, I have one of the best views in the city. The bad is that being downtown, it's not ideal for larger animals and the dog park could use an upgrade. There is also plenty of street noise and even an outdoor club nearby that plays loud music late into the night. All in all, it may be the best option in the area and it suits my needs perfectly.

This is the best community I’ve lived in. It’s always clean and the staff are super helpful and professional. They answered all of my questions and are welcoming. The units are well kept and beautiful!

Overall, this apartment should cost less for what it is, but you do get a substantial amount of space for it. However, the space isn't used the most wisely. For example, the "walk-in" closets are absolutely not walk-in closets. There are also no lights in any of them. The appliances are also really outdated for what you pay to live here and about $55 are tacked onto your utilities bill per month regardless of usage. This is not totally uncommon, but was not the case at my previous apartment. Besides this, the biggest risk to living here is that the management may abruptly change the amenities offered to you with no notice or compensation. They could proudly advertise certain amenities during your tour, and only one month later get rid of them, such as the 24/7 concierge or a workout class in my case. I am still hoping the 24/7 concierge might come back or the hours can be further extended as this was a major reasons I moved here, but no such luck six months later. (Thankfully the workout class returned, only because the proposed replacement fell through.) The well-equipped gym is one of the nicest apartment features. Overall, if you are on a tight budget, there are probably better options out there, but if you have money to spare, enjoy having space, and live downtown, this is not a bad place to live.

225 N. Calvert Street is awesome place to live. It fits all of my needs. I’m in the heart of everything. And public transportation is so much easier to get around. What a wonderful place to call home
