This tastefully renovated 3-bed, 2-bath is a stone's throw from Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. Video tour available upon request. -The space The home has been recently renovated to create a bright and open living space. We have included modern features like an open concept kitchen, spacious double shower finished with venetian plaster, and a large partially covered patio. You will have full access to the home as well as to the fully fenced private back yard, a 1 car garage and a 400sqft workshop. We have a private driveway with parking for up to 2 cars. There are 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms in total. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub, walk in shower, and double vanity. The entire bathroom has a custom venetian plaster finish which is completely waterproof but cannot have harsh chemicals or liquids with dye in it. Please be mindful of this detail! All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and electric and the countertops are marble. The private backyard has a covered patio with 2 outdoor fans. Pictured is a 4 person hot tub but this will be removed before the move in date (please ask if you would like the hot tub to be kept). You will also have access to a washer and dryer located inside the house, next to the kitchen. There is a soaking tub in the master bathroom. **Please note that there is a private, detached living unit on the property. The unit is occupied by a tenant. Absolutely no areas of the house or yard are shared. The unit functions more like a next-door neighbor so we ask that you respect their privacy, and they will respect yours. There is a privacy fence surrounding the entire backyard so you will have your own private space.** -Access The garage can be accessed from inside the house and has various beach and outdoor supplies. Please note one a small car can park in the garage and there is no garage opener! No street parking (except for occasional guests). Please note the door next to the hot tub goes to a workshop/storage room that you can use. Please ask for more details around this! The house is located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. You are only minutes from the North Siesta Key bridge which offers quick and convenient access to beaches as well as Siesta Key Village. The home is only minutes from downtown and many great dining options. Other attractions like St. Armand's circle are also only minutes away. -Other things to note **Quiet time after 10pm, per city ordinances **No loud parties This home has weekly lawncare so please be advised that someone will enter the yard at times for these purposes. -Included in the price: Landscaping, trash service, pest control and Wi-Fi. Tenant is obligated to pay for: Electric and Water. Dogs and Cats are OK for additional security deposit and monthly pet rent. Tenant Screening Requirements -Household monthly GROSS income of $9700 per month -No prior evictions allowed -No criminal background -Good credit A non-refundable $55 application fee will be required to be filled out by each tenant.
