There is a first floor suite that comprises a bedroom, bath and a separate home office. Two more good sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as additional office space are located on the second floor, in addition to a den. Gas heat, gas fireplace, gas stove and central air make for a very comfortable home. Inviting front porch and cozy back deck. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. This is not a year round rental.
