Designed as a spacious home, this property offers plenty of room and privacy, perfect for large families or groups of friends. With multiple living spaces and bedrooms spread throughout, everyone can enjoy their own private retreat while still sharing time under one roof. Step outside to the private backyard where you can relax in the Florida sunshine, enjoy an evening drink, or gather for a barbecue after a day at the beach. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, an initial stock of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs are provided. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. Only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. This laid-back Cocoa Beach neighborhood is perfect for guests looking for a fun and relaxed coastal vibe. Just a 5-minute walk brings you to the sandy shoreline, while nearby favorites like Ron Jon Surf Shop and Port Canaveral offer endless entertainment, dining, and shopping. The area blends a beachy, chill atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for adventure. Exploring the area is easy with Uber and Lyft available locally, plus plenty of nearby parking for those driving. The beach and local shops are within walking distance, while biking is also a popular way to get around Cocoa Beach. For day trips, Port Canaveral and other attractions are just a short drive away. Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times. Be respectful of neighbors; quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Unauthorized events, parties, or disruptive noise may result in immediate removal without refund. Mailbox access is not available for guests. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur fees. The primary renter must be 18+ and provide a valid government photo ID matching the payment method. Park only in designated areas; extra vehicles require prior approval. Events or gatherings exceeding the approved guest count require written consent. Guests must keep the property clean and pest-free and report any pest issues immediately. Guests must cooperate with pest control efforts if needed. Use of amenities is at the guest’s own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near pools or water; approved flotation devices are required for kayaking/paddleboarding. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property or valuables. Items left behind after checkout will be held for 30 days, then donated or discarded. Guests are responsible for all damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, fines, and unauthorized fees.
