Pet Policy: Pets accepted on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $400 refundable deposit, $45 pet rent, and $25 pet application fee per pet. Breed restrictions apply. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals. All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and is subject to change. *photos may be of similar units. Tenants will pay a monthly utility fee of $155.00 for gas, electric, water and trash. Tenants are also responsible for snow removal. Landlord pays the sewer.
