About This Property

Very nice two bedroom; two bath condo in the highly desirable Imperial Point community. One car assigned parking. The pool is very close to the unit. There is an application fee of $50 per adult for the Condo Association board approval. The photos are all current and all or a portion of the current furnishing can be retained for a small additional fee depending upon the specific furniture you may want to retain.
