Property Ratings at 223 N 9th St
Living here was a mess from the beginning. Moved in and the apartment floors were ruined by a previous tenant. Place stank of cat pee. Owners claimed the place was painted twice. It was very clearly not even painted once. Blood splatters in the bathroom, and weird splatters all over the ceiling in the kitchen. Sadly it did not stop there. These apartments are kind of in a sketchy part of town, so we liked that the doors were locked to the building. However, the doors were broken 10 out of the 12 months we lived there. Meaning the building was completely unlocked. Then upon moving out, we were not given our full security deposit back. When we inquired about it, the owner sent us pictures of an apartment THAT WAS NOT OURS. This was truly the worst renting experience. Pay the extra money and live somewhere with landlords who care!
