The living room features a 65” smart TV, indoor fireplace, ample leather seating, high vaulted ceiling, and an open floor plan. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. Ideally located, this home offers easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining. Nearby attractions include Lake Julian Park, The North Carolina Arboretum, Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore Estate, Pisgah National Forest, Launch Trampoline Park, and Mountain Play Lodge. Restaurants in the area include Abuela's Little Kitchen, Post 25 Kitchen & Lounge, Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack, Murasaki, Vinnie's Neighborhood Italian, Itto Ramen Bar & Tapas, and Kings Kitchen.
