Except Internet & preferential parking permit if desired. *******Single occupancy as it is too small for 2 people This charming Ocean-Front gem unit is a ground level cozy- lovely space with the beach and a beautiful common courtyard all around you. Plenty of nature & natural light. It faces the southwest corner closest to Ocean Ave, which means you get sunlight all day long. It is on the ground floor, so when sitting on the balcony you, feel like you are ON the beach. It really doesn't get much better than this! Pro: "New York type pad" " across the street from the beach" You can put your flipflops, cross the street, and be on the beach. Con: This unit and its balcony are in the ground level closest to Ocean Ave so it is not as quiet as Ocean Ave got busy ....nothing like 33 years ago. If you are heavy sleeper it is a plus This is a smal partially furnished BACHELOR unit (323 sq ft), plus the balcony. Minimally furnished. You may use mine or you can use your own The main room is 15 ft long from front door to balcony door and 11.4 wide; The balcony extends another 5 ft by 11.4 ft The closets room/bathroom 15 ft by 10.4 and it has a sliding door for privacy. PLEASE measure what 323 sq ft, looks and feels like, before requesting a showing. A few people that looked at it said, it was smaller than what they had envisioned. Before requesting a showing I have a long drive to go do a showing, so before I do that, I always like to know more about prospect renters. PLK your line of work, ideal "take over" date and for how long you would need it. Subleasing is delicate matter and I need to feel super comfortable about who I do it with You will need you to have good credit, references and proof of savings for the move in cost of $3, 000 which includes your first month. Note: I am looking for a minimum of a 9 months sublease as I will be out of town This partially furnished Bachelor apartment, is for someone who loves the beach and being outdoors and has minimal cooking needs. There is NO kitchen. Hence the name Bachelor Apartment. It has a mini-fridge and a sink. You can add a microwave and a coffee machine in the counter that I had built. The ideal sub-leaser is someone who is always "on the go" with basic cooking needs. A young professional or a semi-retired person. The unit does not have an AC or microwave, but if you get them, you can take it with you upon leaving. Located on beautiful Ocean Ave, nearby Pico Blvd with an ocean view & the smell of the ocean! Best Location, Location, Location Anything you want within walking distance Parking: In Santa Monica, you will need to buy from the City or from me a "Preferential Visitor Parking Permit" that allows parking within a 2 blocks radio. It is $70.00 and it needs to be renewed every year in September 1st.
