Located beside 3 Bears grocery & gas with easy access to the glenn highway for commuting. Also close to the Birchwood Airport. 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, nearest laundromat is vitus laundromat .8 miles away. Partially furnished but furniture can be removed(see pics). Efficiency kitchen only 1 appliance on at a time. Shared Big yard and large driveway for lots of parking space. You pay for gas, electric, & trash removal. $850 A MONTH plus utilities, to start renting out you will need first and last month's rent, $250 security deposit. Landlord on site in a mother in law style studio basement apartment and will keep the lawn cut during summer and will keep the driveways & walkways cleared of snow in winter but you have to shovel directly beside your vehicles.
