This spacious 3 bedroom 1 bathroom upstairs apartment is centrally located in town in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The convenient location offers easy access to all of the amenities Superior has to offer! Not only that, but it is near Tower Avenue, giving easy access to the bus line. This apartment offers: large windows, tall ceilings, fresh paint, a recently updated kitchen and it has a spot for washer and dryer hookup in the basement! The basement is separated into 2 sections, so there is plenty of extra storage space. The back yard also offers a ready to use fire pit and one parking spot! For more than one vehicle, there is plenty of on street parking! Now onto the details, while I do love pets, unfortunately, they are not allowed in this rental. Also, the rental is NON SMOKING. Rent is $1,500/ mo. with a $1,500 deposit. The $1,500 does not include utilities. This is heated by radiators, so it is very efficient. I also have the boilers inspected yearly to ensure everything is running as efficiently as possible! The application fee is $29 + tax per person. It is a month to month lease!
