Tenant wanted to rent our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo month-to-month. This has been our home for years so we are seeking a steady tenant with the intention of making it their home as well. This is the perfect place for someone who likes a quiet home and their privacy in a central location of the city. -$2200 per month includes: -Rent + water and trash -Access to pool, Jacuzzi, and small gym -2 resident off-street parking spaces and 1 guest parking -In suite washer/dryer in the hallway upstairs -master bedroom 13x13 (can comfortably fit a cali king) with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, which has a shower and tub. -Furnished 2nd bedroom 13x10 with full wall of closet (double mirror doors, built-in shelves and clothes rods in addition to 13x10 floor space) and full bathroom across the hall. -3 storage closets: balcony, under stairs, and hallway -2 entry doors: upstair door leads to exit corridor, which allows for a convenient second private entrance. -Pets are ok, with an additional $250 pet deposit and $20/month; cats/dogs ok.
