It's an all new property with a nice, flexible floor plan that comfortably sleeps 10. There are essentially two master suites, which make this perfect for 2 couples to enjoy the space, with extra, private room for the kids, or any other guests you may have. The large master suite features a king-size bed, and private bath with a walk in closet & double vanities. On the other end of the home are two other bedrooms, one with a king-size bed & private bath, and one with two sets of twin-size beds with a bathroom right next door. There is even a unique, special sleeping area with 2 built in bunk beds off the hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, so dining in will be piece of cake if you don't feel like venturing out. A private, covered breezeway features a sitting area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off. Rod holders are mounted to the wall on the patio area to accommodate the serious fisherman. Pirates Bay features landscaped walking paths throughout the complex, two fabulous slope-entry pools, BBQ grills, fire pit area, and a large kid's play area. The atmosphere is very tropical & relaxing. You won't be disappointed! The cottage is located only minutes away from many of the restaurants, bars and shops that Port Aransas has to offer. Unit 219 is located on the more private side of the complex, with plenty of guest parking right outside the unit.
