Dogs 30 pounds and under are $200 animal deposit and dogs above 30 pounds and cats are $250 deposit. There is a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $1000 ( $250/bedroom/ tenant) rent includes heat, water, snow, removal, and lawn care. Tenants pay for electric. If unit is rented by four students monthly payment per student will be $600. due at signing of lease is first months rent ($2400) security deposit ($2400) and nonrefundable cleaning fee ($1000) for a total of $5800 or $1450 per tenant with four tenants renting.
