Available June 1, 2026This is a freshly painted two bedroom second floor apartment with a total of four rooms and a bathroom. They’re beautiful hardwood floor floors. There’s a security door. There is an outdoor porch. There are also outdoor steps for a back entrance. Lock security door is located at the side entrance, the laundry is on site. The locker storage is on site. The rent includes heat, water and sewer and trash, the tenant page cooking gas, electric and cable /Internet. We have parking available in three different lots depending on what’s available. Parking is additional pets are negotiable. We do not have any smokers in the building. We have multiple outdoor lights. In addition to solar overhead lighting in the parking lot. Our buildings are very clean. Tenants must sort garbage and taking the garbage out in bags that are tied. Currently this suite is occupied therefore we would have to provide a 24 hour written notice to our current tenant prior to showing the suite
