Please read everything thoroughly: - 4 bed, 2 bath. - W/D in unit. - High Speed Internet included / paid by me - Monthly landscaping included / paid by me - Secure, on premise, 4 x 4 x 7 ft. tall locking storage shed included. - Hardwood and tile floors. - Granite countertops, brand new appliances, gas fired stove. - Tons of energy efficient, brand new insulated windows which provides great natural light. - Up to most recent energy codes (in other words, your utility bills will be lower). - Street parking. - x 3 Ring Cameras included (you use your/a new account, but hardware is there). - 5 minutes walk from beach and bus stops. 10 minutes walking from downtown and midtown. Even shorter if biking. *I do not increase rent more than 1.5% per year. This is written into the lease. *Move in requires first month's rent and $2,000 security deposit Again, this house is brand new. It's so new that the yard is still a bit sparse, but we'll be adding some landscaping before March 1st. Bookended between Downtown Santa Cruz and Seabright, Riverwalk is one of the city’s most popular neighborhoods. The neighborhood is best known for being home to Santa Cruz Riverwalk Park, a 2.5-mile natural area with hiking and biking trails, exercise equipment, and views of the San Lorenzo River. Santa Cruz Riverwalk Park also encompasses several smaller neighborhood parks like San Lorenzo Park, where many food and drink festivals are held.
