The full bathroom is equipped with standard fixtures for convenience, including towels and hair dryer. The living room has a wall of windows for natural light and a view of the forest. HD smart tv, free Wi-Fi for your streaming services, and a broadcast antenna. Sony Bluetooth soundbar for the TV or music. Private patio with chair, side table, and solo fire pit. We are on three acres that I am developing into a sustainable permaculture mini farm. It's solar powered and we have battery backup to get us through outages. This place is my dream home and it has been a great adventure being here. This part of Vermont is known as the Mad River Valley. It holds a special place in the hearts of those fortunate enough to live here. I Iove it because of the wonderful community of people making a life for themselves in this challenging environment.
