Do Not Rent Here
This place has a lot of problems. Lived here for a year, had nothing but issues. To be more specific. Property is not maintained, lots are often dirty with garbage/trash strewn about. Building walls have cracks running through the brick work. Electrical wiring is not up to code, is still rated for power load in the 70s. Asked for the breaker box to be fixed for 4 months, was never fixed. Heater didn't work correctly from the first month of move in. Was either too hot or freezing. Never got fixed. Rent was paid on time all but two months, yet was constantly harassed by management. Caught management starting in my windows in numerous occasions. Management was rude and threatening over the phone to my fiance, including cursing at her. Management plays favorites with friends and family allowing them to have dogs not approved by the complex lease agreement but threatens to evict others whom bring similar pets in. Do not Rent here, it might be cheap but it's nothing short of a massive headache.
