This 2 bedroom apartment is furnished with 2 beds and a nice sit/stand desk in one room. This unit has generally been occupied by one grad student who is leaving April 30. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable with numerous parks and eateries nearby. UC Campus is an easy commute. You will be on the ground floor of a duplex living below our family. We have 2 children. We can be of help any time and ask that you are mindful of noise. Especially after 8pm. No pets. No fragrances.
