The complex is well maintained by "in residence" HOA members and offers an community pool, as well as access to Whisper Lakes Community recreation park. Renter handles all utilities. Smoking is allowed on the back patio only. Furry friends allowed with $200 pet deposit and $100 pet rent (per pet) a month. The unit comes with one designated parking space.
