No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior written approval. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly related to an adult in the group who is 30 or older. Groups with adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval before booking. Triple Crown, Bachelor or Bachelorette groups, or any group visiting for an athletic event, competition, or tournament, must inquire for approval before booking. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. A high occupancy fee of $20 per person per night applies for each guest over the standard occupancy of 8 people.
