In just a mile or two, you have a significant number of restaurants, gas stations, a major grocery store (Giant), Planet Fitness, and so on. It is great to have these major conveniences nearby. Landlord is responsible for outside maintenance such as lawn care. Landlord pays for water. Tenant is responsible for electricity, sewer (billed quarterly), and trash (billed semi-annually). It is managed by a locally owned and operated company who takes great care of their properties and their tenants.
