This is a fully furnished, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement apartment. It has a separate entrance for privacy and designated parking in the driveway. This is a short-term month-to-month rental, so we can lease for as long or as short as you want. All utilities are included. It also has its own washer and dryer. My partner and I own the property and we both work from home, though we travel often. WIFI is included in the rent. There will be a TV in the family room of the apartment which will have a Firestick installed on it. You can sign into your Amazon account or other streaming services. Also feel free to bring your own chromecast or whatever you want to use with the TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher currently not shown in the pictures, and there will be a larger refrigerator. No smoking is allowed on the property. A credit and background check through this website or other similar website/service will be part of the rental application. We like to be transparent with everything, it is easier for all of us that way. Access to the apartment is via the August lock phone app. It is very easy to use and is very dependable. It is battery-powered with a warning for when batteries are at 25%. It works via WiFi and Bluetooth, so even if the power is out, it will work. I feel it is also safer for tenants because I know that no previous tenant has a key. Please note that the pictures in this listing are temporary and will be updated as we progress on the rental, as we just purchased the property.
