Thanks for your interest in our lofts, along with downtown Waterloo! All those listed on our website are currently available for immediate occupancy. Please click on the link for our listings on bottom of page, I would be happy to show you our apartments & lofts! We are a first come first serve company, units cannot be saved and should be prepared to move in with in two months of looking at units. All units are pet friendly! $100 non-refundable pet charge, cats are $30 per cat a month and dogs are $40 per dog per month. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. First month's rent and deposits are due at time of move in if approved. All JSA Development properties are non- smoking. An application fee of $25 is required, and a full background check is conducted during application process. I book appointments every 20mins, so pick a day and time that works and I will let you know if I have it available! Let me know what works best for you! Thanks again!
