Property Ratings at 22 S Front St
Told No smoking, but apartment smells of smoke. Told no pets, but other tenants have pets. Told can't have 2 vehicles, how do you expect couples who work different shifts/places? What's the saying....You can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig! Problems with plumbing, no closets or kitchen cabinets, outside porch feels like it is going to fall down. Appliances do not work consistently and have been told still working on finding new ones...for weeks??? Have you heard of Marketplace? I could list much more, but the bottom line is, a coat of paint doesn't make an apartment livable!
