This condo boasts natural light and is equipped with a full-sized ping pong table, a Roku-enabled Smart TV with Hulu Live, a full-sized washer and dryer, a dining area with seating for four and two at the breakfast bar, a kitchen stocked with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. For tiny travelers, there is an easy-to-use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and a few chairs. Each bedroom has its own private bath and a Roku-enabled Smart TV with Hulu Live. One king bedroom offers a shower and tub combo, toilet, and vanity, while the other offers his and hers sinks on a large vanity space, toilet, a walk-in closet, and a walk-in tiled shower. Parking is limited at this property. There is guaranteed parking for 1 vehicle directly around the opposite side of the building and your spot is numbered 16. Laguna Point is a hidden gem tucked away on Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin, just minutes from HarborWalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Big Kahuna’s, and countless restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The private gated beach access is a short walk away. Everything else is easily accessed by car, and the condo is centrally located in Destin so in either direction you can find some of the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There are also docks along the back of the complex where you and your group can be picked up by the Destin Water Taxi to cruise to the HarborWalk Village or Crab Island. Destin Airport is 18 miles away, Panama City Airport is 52 miles away and Pensacola Airport is 53 miles away. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10 pm. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Student groups or groups under age 25 are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Beach keycard must be left on the counter at departure. A $115 fee applies for any lost or damaged keycard.
