This is a 2 bedroom condo with both bedrooms boasting en-suite bathrooms with full shower and tub combos and vessel sinks throughout. The middle floor is where you can kick up your feet on our comfy couch that transitions to multiple setup configurations so you can relax how YOU want to! A half bath is conveniently located between the living space and kitchen area. Lastly, the bottom floor is a 1 car garage. Parking is limited to ONE space only. There is no boat/trailer parking available. Public parking is located directly across the street for any additional vehicles. Bedroom 1 has one king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has one queen sized beds. There is also an air mattress is available. All linens are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the unit if needed for your stay. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
