Included utilities are water, sewer, trash, landscaping, maintenance of the recreation park/plyground, and interior/exterior pest control as the owner provides currently through Bowman Pest Control. Tenant(s) responsible for all other utilities including obtaining and maintaining renter's insurance. The respectful owner currently splits his time between living in the attached ohana to the back of the property and keeps the garage for personal parking and storage.
