This roomy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The living room offers a sofa bed, chair, and a 4K 55" HDR smart TV. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To bring a pet, inform us in advance. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8-29 nights = $200 flat rate, and 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If tampered with, there will be a fee. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $500. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee.
