The primary has a wall AC, private bathroom and additional nook that can be an open office space or extra storage. The living room is very large with a mini-split air conditioner/ heater and wood-like floors. The hallway has built in storage cabinets and drawers, leading to the second bath. There is a security door at both the front and back of the property. The unit is upstairs off a common area patio and there is a fee based washer and dryer in the downstairs common area. There are only 4 residential rental properties in the building. An open alley parking space available for rent for an additional $100. Applicant must have a fairly good payment history, good rental references and no evictions or criminal records. There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the property and no pets are allowed. $2,400 rent and $3,400 security deposit.
