About This Property

Eat-in kitchen, living room, and bonus area on rear enclosed porch with washer connection (landlord will add a dryer connection if desired). Tenant supplies their own washer/dryer and is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water) and lawn care. Adult pets negotiable with pet fee. This home is move-in ready and the 1 year or longer lease term must start anytime within the next 30 days. $55 application fee per adult and all adults must apply and be listed as leaseholders. Security deposit equal to one month's rent is paid in full within 3 days of application acceptance. No smoking allowed. You must tour this property in person in order to apply.
