Located just steps away from the shops and restaurants of downtown Pacific Grove, the residence is an easy walk to the beach, golfing and the Monarch Butterfly groves. Just a few blocks away, the bay has kayaking, boating and hiking on a bay-side trail. The Monterey Bay Aquarium is an enjoyable 1.3 mile walk. But once inside this exquisite home that sleeps nine adults and three children, you may not want to go anywhere else. Living room: Wood-burning fireplace, 50-inch HDTV and built-in surround sound system. Kitchen: Italian marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range, warming drawer, built-in espresso machine, wine refrigerator, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Dining room table seats 10. Main/Lower level sleeping options: Bedroom #1 Queen Bed Hall bath with shower-over-tub. Upper level sleeping options: Master Bedroom: King Bed, gas fireplace, TV, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. Bedroom #3 Two Twin beds Or King Bed with foam topper Bedroom #4 Full/Double Bed And Bunk bed with full/double bed on lower level and twin on top bunk Note: Bedrooms #3 and #4 have a Jack and Jill style bathroom between them.
