PLEASE NOTE; THE GARAGE IS FOR ONE CAR & IT WAS BUILT IN 1920 SO IT WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE LARGER VEHICLES. There isno other parking offered with the unit so if you have two cars or a large SUV, etc., you will have street parking only. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
