About This Property

2170 Harrison Avenue; San Diego, CA 92113 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 800+ sq. ft. home in the San Diego/Barrio Logan area. Craftsman vibe home with wood siding. Open floor plan with lots of windows for natural light throughout the entire home with fresh paint, and faux wood vinyl flooring throughout. Kitchen includes stove and fridge. House is placed on a very large lot with minimal maintenance require due to artificial turf. Detached large 2 car garage with attached large storage area and extra full bathroom. Home has entry access from the front of the street and alley access as well in the back. Home is fully gated and located off a very spacious street with a great central location close to Downtown SD with lots of ample street parking and just across the freeway to the Barrio Logan shops and restaurants district. Also close to public transportation. Tenant's pay for all utilities and bring their own washer and dryer(gas) for hook-ups in the garage. We require anyone 18 years and older to apply. $40.00 per applicant. We require a good credit history, no bankruptcy within the last three years without discharge, and no evictions on record. We verify source of income and rental history. Applicants must have access to an email account in order to process credit checking portion and have ability to pay fee online directly to the credit check agency. Security deposit is $3,375.00 and may require additional deposit based on application findings. Please email, call or text property management for an appointment. Rental Guideline policies are as follows: 1. Your lease must begin within 2 weeks of your application approval. If the home is still occupied, then when the home is scheduled to be available. 2. Rent amount paid cannot exceed 40% of your total income. (Take monthly rent total and divide by 40% for minimum income requirement) 3. A rental application must be completed for anyone 18 years and over and a $40 fee applies per person via third party agency which will check credit score, credit history, evictions, and criminal background. 4. An email is required for each individual applicant in order for us to request to process the report. First, please turn in your completed application to Saira Properties and once we receive it, we will enter your email into the website and it will send you a link requesting for you to register and complete all of your information. Each applicant must pay a non-refundable $40.00 application processing fee and will be required to be paid directly to the credit check processing agency website mysmartmove.com, an agency which runs their credit checking process by TransUnion. You will then proceed with instructions in order to pay and obtain the credit, eviction and criminal background report and allow for us to have access to the report via this same website. 5. Good credit history is required, no bankruptcy with the last three years without discharge and no evictions on record. (if any bankruptcy is present on your credit check, then a minimum of $500 (+) additional security deposit will be required) (If an eviction appears, your application will be automatically denied due to this eviction status). 6. Proof of income for past 3 months must be provided, and any rental references. Then we verify income and any rental history. 7. Once the application is processed, verified, and approved, then a lease must be signed within the next 3-5 days and full first month’s rent will be collected with lease signing. Full security deposit will be due upon move in/key possession. 8. If there is any adverse information regarding the above numbered items, then your application may be denied.

Adjacent to Naval Base San Diego and right at the foot of the Coronado Bridge, Logan Heights is an excellent location for military personnel or civilian military employees.
