It's centrally located in Caldwell, right off of Hwy 26, and close to the College of Idaho. This home is professionally cleaned and maintained. Outdoor and garage amenities, including BBQ grills, hot tubs, saunas, and recreational or storage items, are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While the host does their best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay. The home is 2 minutes to the freeway and 10 minutes to major shopping. From Freeway exit 29, take a right onto Chinden/Hwy 26, then a left onto Aviation, a right onto Nantucket, and a left on Cliff Swallow. The house will be on the right. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. [SI]
