The bedrooms are divided by a Jack & Jill bathroom, offering plenty of privacy, should roommates be moving in and a one-of-a-kind claw foot tub! Both bedrooms have a medium sized walk-in closet. There is plenty of room for seating and entering in the backyard as well as on the front porch - lovely coffee in the morning sun or a glass of wine watching the sunset at night. The home is in immediate proximity of the Seabright Beach and since this is an original cottage, there is no garage or off-street parking. There is a large storage shed behind the house that provides plenty of room for bikes, surfboards etc. Tenants are responsible for PG&E, water, garbage, and sewer. The initial lease term is 12 months. A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. No pets are allowed. Please note, service animals and emotional support animals are not considered pets.
