Parking right outside your front door. Tenant pays electric with Gas City Utilities - usually $65-$95 a month depending on personal lifestyle. This Apartment has its own AC Unit, water heater, & baseboard heater! It does NOT have a washer/dryer! There are only hookups. Tenant would have to purchase and install a stackable washer/dryer if desired. See pictures Tenant must have a clean background check with no criminal record in the last 3 years. Security Cameras surround the building. Tenant must have proof of income - at least 3x the rent (minimum $2400 per month) $45 application fee / background check that will show us credit score and criminal record. We take the safety of our tenants very seriously, so there are no exceptions to having a clean record.
