About This Home
Move in is First Week of August. Rent 2,599 Deposit 2599 This home is super-cute, super cozy, and has a lot of character. What is great about it is that it has it's own outside deck that a good chunk of it has an outdoor roof (can be an extra outside dining area). It has a private Hot-Tub, a yard that is bigger than the house. There is a trellis with a mature grape tree growing on it, and gardening beds, and a small outside area. It has a stackable washer/dryer. You won't share any walls with anybody and have your tiny-house that can come furnished. The inside of the place is compact. It is a shot-gun single victorian house that has 3 rooms that are connected that are ~10x10 (living, bedroom, kitchen), and a small bathroom as well. Rent: 2,599 deposit: 2,599 Utilities: 200 Utility fee paid to Lease: Yearly lease which renews every July 31st SELLING POINTS: Private Hot tub Victorian features Walk 2 BART Near major bus lines (51,72, SF commuter) Near strawberry creek park (w/café, yoga studio, etc). Stack-able washer/dryer (cloths) private yard that is bigger than the house. NEIGHBORHOOD: Walking to BART, transit, park. Places to eat (over 10 restaurants) including Your place Thai and Land Splitters. Near pubs (acme, albatross. . . and not too far from Missouri lounge) Places to buy food (several small grocery stores) Post office, cheese store, german food, chineese food, Pakistani food, Indian, thai, Italian, café. . .. . ... more Neighbors are a mix of new money and working class families. There is a youth center that get graffiti on the building at times. There are million dollar homes. There are 70's bad looking apartment buildings. There are tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball net. Bank, hardware store. Basically, the only thing I think you can not buy in the neighborhood is sheets and pillows (use amazon). . . Neighborhood has what you need. DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT It is a shot-gun single story victorian house that has a lot of character. It is small. It is about 10 feet wide and has 4 rooms. (Bedroom ~10x10, Living Room ~10x10, Kitchen ~10x10, and a small bathroom). It has hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, and a covered from rain outdoor space that could support an outdoor table / dining area. This place is perfect for somebody who loves outdoor space, natural lighting, and does not want to share walls with neighbors. It has it's private hot-tub in the yard, a trellis with grapes growing, and lots of options outside. The downside is that it is very small. If you are looking for a large one-bedroom, this place is not for you. Most of the previous tenants have been couples. It is homey. Note that the video is old and the grapes are trimmed so it looks even roomier, and it has upgraded features now including a newer fridge, and granite counter-tops, etc. But, given those differences, the video does give you a flavor of the space.
