This recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a 2 family house located in the heart of Bayside, close to everything you could ever need. It has it's own separate entrance. The LIRR is a 10 minute walk away. There are great restaurants, a supermarket and several pharmacy/convenience stores all within easy walking distance. There's a decent amount of street parking available unlike many places in Queens. The apartment is a 5 minute drive to the LIE, Cross Island and Grand Central Parkways. It's maybe a 3 minute drive to the Clearview Expressway. It also seems to be in a very good location for storms, as I've been living in the main apartment for 17 years, and I can't recall a single time our power went out. We survived Hurricane Sandy without losing power. The kitchen is recently renovated. It has a washing machine, oven, stove, microwave with vent for the stove, granite countertops for easy cleaning, tile floors (that look like wood), also for easy cleaning, a sink and a refrigerator. The bedrooms are 9'4" x 11'4" and 16'2" x 11'1". The former has one closet, and the latter has two. They both have wood floors. The master bedroom comes with a window air conditioning unit. The Living Room is 16' x 9', has wood floors and two windows. The bathroom has a shower tub combination, toilet and sink. There are two more closets in the entry/hallway area when you enter the apartment. Heat, water, and gas are included. Electric is Direct to Con Ed. This apartment is for rent by the owner, no brokers please.
